Aircraft counterbores or spotfacers are used to assure a flat seating surface for fasteners or mating parts that are 90 degree to the axis of the hole. Counterbores are furnished without a ''corner radius'' unless specified.

HSS Heavy Duty Split Point Screw Machine Stub Drill Bits are manufactured to National Aerospace Standard 907. Split point is self-centering and reduces thrust. Ideal for portable or machine drilling.

Jobber Drill Sets, commonly referred to as simply 'Jobber Drills', are the workhorse of the aviation industry. Quality is the key to producing satisfactory holes, and will determine production rates and tool durability.

Nut plate drill countersinks are so named because they are used in nutplate pneumatic drill motors. These portable units incorporate nut plate drill jigs and the nutplate drill to drill consistent, properly drilled and counter sunk holes.
Solid Carbide Burs are specialized rotary cutting tools that are commonly used in various industrial applications, such as removing material like wood, plastic, stainless steel and metals.
Stove burner drills have maintained the name even though they are rarely used for drilling stove burners. They are excellent drills to hold size in thin materials and are manufactured from high speed steel.
Taper-Lok drills and reamers also known as Taper Lock Cutters, are manufactured to the most stringent tolerances for precision hole preparation. Standard in HSS or M7 high speed steel, they are also available in cobalt and carbide.
Widely used in the aircraft industry, Threaded Shank (1/4-28 Adapter Drills) facilitate access to space-restricted areas unsuited for standard chuck-type drills. High speed steel and cobalt drills feature 135 degree split points.
